We are currently looking for an energetic and persuasive Salesperson to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a talent for identifying client needs and presenting effective solutions that align with our services.

Qualification:

• Post Secondary education in field of Business, administration, with major in Sales, marketing, communication or public relation.

• Strong communication

• Negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in sales. 

• Must have hands on experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Experience in the Retail Sales, Retirement, Hospitality, Healthcare, Cleaning industry is a plus but not mandatory. 

• Proactive approach, the ability to build rapport with potential clients, and the skill to maintain long-term relationships. 

• You will be expected to understand the full range of our services and to tailor your sales pitches to meet diverse client requirements. 

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. 

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. 

• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. 

• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.

• Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features or enhancements. 

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

• Proven track record in sales management or a similar role is an asset. 

• Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and commissions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
