Job Title: Business Development Internship
We are currently looking for an energetic and persuasive Salesperson to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a talent for identifying client needs and presenting effective solutions that align with our services.
Qualification:

Post Secondary education in field of Business, administration, with major in Sales, marketing, communication or public relation.

Strong communication

Negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in sales.

Must have hands on experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Experience in the Retail Sales, Retirement, Hospitality, Healthcare, Cleaning industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Proactive approach, the ability to build rapport with potential clients, and the skill to maintain long-term relationships.

You will be expected to understand the full range of our services and to tailor your sales pitches to meet diverse client requirements.
Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.

Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features or enhancements.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Proven track record in sales management or a similar role is an asset.

Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and commissions.
